01. The order
If we receive your payment by our 12 am (MST) cut off time, your order will be shipped the same business day. (Some exceptions apply.)It is our intention to ship as many packages as we can on any given day, therefore our cut-off time may be extended. Unfortunately, at present time, we do not offer a pickup option.

I choose offline payment; how do I pay?
This option is to pay for your order by Interac E-Transfers with your online banking or credit union.
- Sign into your Online Banking and select “E-Transfer”
- Add us as an Interac E-Transfer Recipient.
- The name & email address used to add us as a recipient can be found on your invoice. Also, the Security Question and answer that needs to be used for us to accept your payment is given to you during check out. Not sure what to put, contact us.
- Please reference your order number in the message box. No other information is needed.
We offer expedited shipping, and a tracking number is provided with every order via email. We take pride in our fast shipping with it averaging about two/three business days to most major cities. It will be a bit longer to eastern Canada and rural areas.Tracking numbers are sent to you via email. You may receive the tracking number before the package arrives at the Post Office.
The tracking number won’t show up as traceable on the Canada Post site until the package is physically scanned in at the first destination. In most cases, tracker numbers will be updated by the end of the day.
In many cases the tracking isn’t updated due to a missing scan, which may happen. If your tracking is not updating, and the package is not delivered within five business days of shipment, please contact us and we will do a trace with Canada Post
Who do you use for shipping?
All orders are shipped via Canada post. If you’re wanting an alternative shipping provider, please reach out to our customer service and we will see if we can help.
Is my package shipped safely and Eco-friendly?
Yes. We ensure that your order is packaged with care. Carefully arranged with bio-degradable packing peanuts. This protects your purchase and limits plastic and paper waste. We also use box mailers which are durable for mailing.

Yes, the companies we choose to work with use lab tested & certified hemp extracts to guarantee potency and purity. The extracts being used are safe from metals, toxins, contaminates & preservatives. We pride ourselves in working with companies whose quality meets your expectation.
Where does CBD oil come from?
CBD (Cannabidiol) & cannabinoids can be extracted from cannabis sativa plants & hemp. The CBD in the products we source are from companies that use hemp plants. This is to ensure non-intoxicating products with low THC (0.03% or less).
CBD Isolate is a type of extracted CBD where only the CBD is left and then infused into other oils or products. This is the purest form of CBD as it does not contain any other component of the hemp plant, such as cannabinoids, terpenes or flavonoids.Full Spectrum CBD oil is also described as a full plant extract. It contains a high concentration of CBD, but also consists of other cannabinoids, terpenes and compounds from the hemp plant. Research has led many to believe when CBD is in the presence of these other cannabinoids and terpenes, it may work more effectively. Creating what is called the entourage effect.

04. Returns, exchanges, and Cancelations
For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within four business days. Unfortunately, in instances where an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If this is the case, please contact customer service for help.
Can I return my order or a product?
Due to the nature of these products and for sanitary reasons, once the product leaves our possession, we are unable to process a return. If you need to make a change to your order, before we’ve shipped it out, you can contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate. If your product/order has any issues, arrives damaged or is incorrect please email us at email@example.com and we’ll get things sorted out for you a4s quickly as possible.
I requested a return, how long till I get my money back?
